Synergy Sales is Hiring Outside Sales Representatives for our Business to Business Campaign.

Following the landmark 2026 acquisition of Frontier by Verizon, our B2B division is leading the charge in the nation’s largest fiber expansion. We are tasked with connecting 30 million locations to high-speed Fiber Internet.

As a B2B representative, you aren't just selling a connection; you are providing businesses with a total communications overhaul. You will market a brand-new portfolio of Verizon mobile products, 5G business plans, and exclusive "Mobile + Home/Office" bundles designed to give local enterprises a competitive edge.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet virtually and in-person with your team for daily strategy and corporate product training.

  • Conduct Business-to-Business (B2B) outreach within the community to identify new commercial opportunities.

  • Consult with business owners and decision-makers to implement Verizon’s mobile portfolio and Frontier’s Fiber services.

  • Develop a consistent pipeline through lead generation and professional face-to-face presentations.

  • Manage your professional portfolio and client follow-ups via your provided iPad/CRM.

Job requirements

  • Proven Track Record: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business-to-business sales, account management, or related client-

  • Income Driven: Motivated closer with a desire to earn $70k+ annually.

  • Corporate Demeanor: Strong negotiation, communication, and professional presentation skills.

  • Tech Savvy: Ability to use an iPad and CRM tools is a MUST.

  • Growth Mindset: Aspiration to move into territory management as we expand into new states.

  • Requirements: Must have a valid US Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and authorization to work in the U.S.

  • Background: Must be able to pass a 7-year background check.

  • Autonomous Performer: Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working independently to achieve goals and overcome challenges.
