As a direct sales & marketing associate you will spearhead market acquisition in brand-new Fiber territories. We are looking for high-caliber professionals who thrive in a results-driven environment and understand that performance dictates income.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Territory Management: Proactively secure new residential accounts through direct engagement and grassroots marketing in newly released Fiber areas.

  • Consultative Selling: Conduct needs-based analyses to deliver tailored Fiber, Mobile, and Value-Added service solutions.

  • Market Intelligence: Monitor local competitor activity to maintain our market-leading edge.

  • Performance Excellence: Consistently meet and exceed monthly acquisition targets.

COMPENSATION & ADVANCEMENT (1099)

  • Earnings: Uncapped commission structure with an OTE of $60,000 – $75,000+.

  • Immediate Rewards: Weekly direct deposit and a $400 Fast Start Bonus.
