Associate Director of Sales to spearhead our Frontier sales initiative, scaling operations and

optimizing performance across residential markets.

About the Role:

As the Frontier Associate Director of Sales, you’ll report directly to the Director and VP of Sales.

You’ll lead the expansion of Frontier’s fiber broadband services across a growing

territory—overseeing field teams, optimizing channel performance, and driving results that make

a measurable difference. From D2D and multifamily outreach to residential agents and

community partnerships, you’ll be the force behind strategic execution and sustainable success.

This role involves a hybrid work arrangement, with approximately 20% remote work and 80% dedicated to field-based activities, team collaboration, and personal production.

Job requirements

What You Bring:

● 3+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing sales teams

● 1+ year of success in residential telecom (cable, telco, or fiber internet) sales

● Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and forecast trends

● Clear and persuasive communicator with excellent presentation skills

● A proven ability to influence, motivate, and build culture

● Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a lean, fast-moving environment
