We are Hiring Sales Representatives for a Residential (D2D) campaign in the West Virginia territory. As our clients continue to grow their markets, we are expanding to accommodate the demand. Our diversified portfolio also includes B2C and B2B campaigns across 8 states, working in Residential, Retail and Events settings.

What we do

This role will focus on presenting Frontier Fiber/High-speed internet products & services to Residential Home owners/decision makers, establishing connections with Leads provided and maintaining new accounts. Day-to-day activities include traveling to local neighborhoods, contacting leads provided within assigned territory and completing previously scheduled appointments. Weekly team meetings held via Google Meet and ongoing training-coaching.  

 Our ideal candidate is someone who wants to work directly with customers, enjoys the outdoors and seeking an opportunity to capitalize on an uncapped commission/bonus structure!


Responsibilities

· Build Brand Awareness & Acquire new customers through Canvassing (Door-to-door), Retail Promotions(In-store giveaways) and attending local Events (Staffing branded booth/tent)

· Demonstrate Product Knowledge by providing quality sales presentations

· Maintain assigned territory & Build Relationships with local venues and retail partners

Job requirements

  • Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or recruiting. 
  • Good verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to operate independently in a lean, fast-paced organization
  • Exhibits confidence, professionalism and a drive to succeed
  • Must have reliable transportation; commuting within West Virginia.
