Your Impact: Drive Growth and Shape Success in Retail
As a Team Lead, you'll report directly to our regional consumer sales team and play a pivotal role in expanding our Spectrum broadband footprint within your assigned big box retail locations and community venues. You'll be the driving force behind performance, leading initiatives and ensuring exceptional customer experiences in a high-traffic retail environment.
What You Bring to the Table:

Retail Sales Expertise: 1+ years of telecommunications sales experience in a retail or big box store environment (preferred, but not required).
Proven Leadership: 2+ years of experience leading successful sales teams.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyze sales trends, forecast results, and identify growth opportunities within a retail setting.
Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, especially for engaging customers and motivating teams in a retail environment.
Business Acumen and Emotional Intelligence: Sound judgment and the ability to influence and inspire others.
Independent and Agile: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Build and Empower: Recruit, train, and lead a team of high-performing sales professionals (internal and contract), fostering a culture of continuous improvement and exceeding monthly targets within your retail footprint.
Strategic Store Management: Optimize sales activities, merchandising, and customer engagement within your assigned big box stores to maximize penetration and sales.
Innovation and Growth: Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance customer interactions and connect more households with Spectrum's superior fiber optic solutions directly from the retail floor.
Dynamic Leadership: Provide direct coaching and support to your team, ensuring they are equipped to handle customer inquiries and close sales effectively in a retail setting.
Customer Champion: Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences, educate consumers on Spectrum offerings, and consistently outpace the competition.
