What is this role?
As a Talent Acquisition Partner for Synergy Sales Company you are responsible for hiring and onboarding talent to meet the resourcing needs of the organization, as well as improving the overall company talent profile through internal and external recruitment, talent analysis, data management, and creative sourcing. You will work closely with the Chief of staff and EVP of the company to forecast and plan upcoming talent needs. You will:
- Hunt, screen, and hire high-caliber candidates for Frontier Communications, Spectrum & MetroNet
- Lead the full talent acquisition cycle, from search to onboarding.
- Master the art of remote recruiting – with occasional in-office visits.

Our company has been a part of Frontier’s exciting, new campaigns to expand High-speed Fiber Internet service in 25 states. With a goal of 10 million locations by 2025, new service areas will connect residential and commercial business territories.

Job requirements
- 2-3 years of recruiting, sales, or marketing experience.
- Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
- Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Proficient in Google Email, Calendar and Sheets.
- Savvy with Social Media Platforms
- Video Creation/Editing (Not required but preferred)
